Once the student’s application has been processed, you will receive a link to the online applicant portal where all admissions documents and I20 documents will be uploaded. The link to the portal can be found here. Please email your NYFA contact if you do not have the applicant portal login.
Each program has different admissions requirements, you can find full information on these requirements by clicking the links below. As all NYFA programs are in English, students must be proficient in the English language. Please see ESL programs offered for students interested in improving their language skills.

ONLINE ADULT PROGRAMS
Students for the adult online programs must have proof of high school graduation. If the document is in another language there does need to be simple translation included.
TEENS CAMPS
Students must have a conversational level of English. While no English test or interview is required, we are happy to Skype with the student if they are unsure of their English level.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Occasionally workshops or programs may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond New York Film Academy’s control, including under-enrollment. In such circumstances, all tuition and NYFA fees will be fully refunded. However, NYFA recommends students purchase travel insurance to cover costs such as air fair and housing and any other non-NYFA fees, as NYFA cannot refund these expenses. If a program must be cancelled, you will be contacted no later than 30 days prior to your program start date.
